Your mission

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the French market, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for the different brands in our holding. Additionally, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, which will ultimately boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Develop commercial campaigns (from prospecting to closing), analyse campaign results, and propose improvements. 
  • Collaborate in preparing and optimising resources for campaign development.
  • Own the events area: know the event target, prospect options, and define event proposals.
  • Present sales pitches, product reports and other valuable data to potential prospects in a way that promotes our brand and mission and helps the audience identify a need for the product.
  • Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Generate new sales leads by means of outbound prospecting (industry events, cold calling and emailing).
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Work directly with Marketing Team to discover opportunities from leads.
  • Work closely with other areas to contribute to the connection of those areas and add value to them.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly your own quotas and objectives and contribute to the achievement of other colleagues’ objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

What you’ll bring

  • Fluent, bilingual level of French (spoken and written) is required for this role.
  • Proven track record in business sales or related markets and previous experience in a start-up environment are preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong time management and goal orientation are key!
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Other languages such as Spanish/English are an advantage.
