Your Candidate Journey

At Empathy Holdings, we approach recruitment with the same empathy and transparency that define our culture. We want you to feel confident, respected, and informed at every step. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Initial Screening

Once you’ve applied, our People team will review your application and contact you within seven days if we believe you’re a good fit. We value your time, so if we don't proceed, we’ll let you know promptly.

2. First Interview

In this interview, you’ll meet a member of our People team. We'll talk about your experience, motivations, and the role, while giving you a deeper look into our culture and values.

3. Technical Exercise & Second Interview

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical exercise. Don’t worry — we design these exercises to be fair, interesting, and relevant. Afterward, you'll meet with team members to discuss how you approach problems and work within a team.

4. Final Interview

At this stage, you’ll meet with your potential direct manager to discuss role expectations, team dynamics, and timelines. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company and the team.

5. Offer & Decision

We’ll notify you of our decision and, if all goes well, make you an offer. You'll receive a contract proposal to review, and the ball will be in your court to decide if Empathy Holdings is the right place for you.

6. Onboarding

Welcome aboard! Once you accept our offer, we’ll agree on a start date and guide you through the pre-onboarding and onboarding journey. A buddy will be assigned to help you navigate your first weeks, and you'll receive all the resources you need to succeed.
