TIMELINE

Phase 1 - Months 1 - 3

Employee onboarding and guidance towards your learning path in groups.

Phase 2 - Months 4 - 6

Selected students work on special projects (see below), guided by Empathy.co mentors.

Phase 3 - Months 7 - 12

Successful Phase 2 students are offered full integration and employement with mentor support.
