The Search API is the service provided to retrieve the information that is indexed in the Empathy Servers. Different endpoints are available to create a better search experience

Step by step guide

Step 1: Getting your URL_SEARCH and your INSTANCE_ID
You should contact our Account Manager, Appointed Lead Developer or alternatively contact our Support team. to get your URL(i.e. https://api.empathybroker.com/search/v1/query/) and your Instance Id(i.e demo)

Step 2: Start using the available endpoints
Once you have your URL_SEARCH and your instance_id you can start using the endpoints listed underneath
